My expertise includes GLP-1s, spinal conditions, pre/post-natal training, weight loss, corrective exercises, and meditation. I'll work with you to correct any muscle imbalances and joint dysfunctions so that you can lift more weight and achieve your fitness goals. I look forward to helping you be your personal best.
